Title: Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - II
Location: Bedminster, NJ
Working Model: Hybrid - 3 Days onsite (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in-office reporting to Bedminster, NJ location. Remote Monday and Friday.

Real Estate Tasks Including:
- Assist in Processing Commencements, Agreements and Amendments
- Research and Cure Rent Payment, Checks and Tax Issues with Agreements
- Generate Termination Memos
- Process Change of Ownership Requests
- Resolve Site Access Issues
- Resolve wide range of Landlord Issues
- Will be required to work in multiple systems
- FAS 13, SNDA, ROFR, ESTOPPELS
- Collaboration across teams
- New Project Setup
- Monitor and Correct Issues
- Experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property management.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Quick learner with strong computer skills
- Can efficiently work multiple projects at once; does not get overwhelmed w/ volume
- Has a strategic mindset to help identify ways to make process improvements
- Team player with interpersonal skills, who has a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate across functional groups including RF, Engineering, Network Assurance and Implementation
- Organized
- Experience with FUZE
- Three or more years work experience in communications industry, ideally experience in wireless.
- Experience in legal, contract management, project management, or construction disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal/written communications skills, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of legal and financial terms and ability to read and interpret contracts.
- Proficiency in using computers, including experience with Google Suite tools, Microsoft ---
- Office software, including Excel and Word, as well as experience with relational and web-based database applications.
- Preparedness to handle several projects at once
- Ability to read and understand real estate contract language
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
