Pay Rate: $45-$70/hr depending on experience
Commercial Nuclear experience will be top choice and highly preferred!
This Project Coordinator III role supports a large-scale, highly regulated energy organization focused on complex infrastructure and capital projects.
You will play a key role supporting project controls, risk, supply chain, and cross-functional teams as part of a major initiative to implement integrated project management systems and reporting tools. This role sits at the center of coordination, tracking, and execution across multiple departments.
What You Will Do
- Support project coordination across risk, project controls, IT, and supply chain teams
- Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of project schedules and cost activities
- Coordinate meetings, document action items, and drive follow-ups to completion
- Track budgets, invoices, and accruals to ensure alignment with project and contract requirements
- Support development and implementation of project governance processes and procedures
- Assist with risk identification, tracking, and mitigation documentation
- Provide reporting and updates on project status, scope, cost, and schedule
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and support decision-making
- Support rollout and adoption of Power BI dashboards for project performance tracking
- Interface with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or related field or Associate degree with 3 years of experience or High school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting:
- Project schedules
- Cost tracking and budgets
- Project coordination across teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
- Experience working in structured or regulated environments
Preferred
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Experience with project controls or EVMS environments
- Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
- Exposure to risk management processes
- Experience supporting large, multi-disciplinary projects

Work Environment
