Schedule: Full-time, multiple openings in both Inpatient/Outpatient settings

Remote/Travel: No remote work or travel required

Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: $32.12 - $48.18 (based on experience)
• Weekend Differential: $2.00/hour (Inpatient only)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for experienced PTs (requires two-year commitment)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000

Position Overview

Seeking experienced Physical Therapists (minimum 1 year) to join a dynamic rehab team in both inpatient and outpatient departments. Inpatient roles include weekend and holiday rotations; outpatient roles are weekday only.

Team & Structure

• Inpatient: Team of 6 full-time PTs
• Outpatient: Team of 15 full-time PTs
• Daily Caseload: Inpatient rehab: 3-5 patients/day; Outpatient: 8-12 patients/day
• Reports to departmental leads and managers depending on IP or OP assignment
  
  

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, MPT, MSPT, or DPT)
• Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification required upon hire
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Flu vaccination required

Hiring Process

• Two interviews: initial phone screen, followed by virtual or in-person interview with hiring manager
• Completion of internal application during process
• Reference and education verification required
