Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient role
- Flexible schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
- Patient volume: 16–24 patients per day

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform preventive care and health maintenance
- Review labs, imaging, and diagnostic results
- Coordinate referrals with specialists
- Supervise mid-level providers (NPs/PAs)
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Participate in team meetings and clinical huddles
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background
- Valid California medical license (or eligibility)
- DEA and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
