Work Environment
This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Charlottesville, a vibrant community known for its stunning landscapes and rich history. Our center is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and resources, enabling you to offer cutting-edge treatment options. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, with shifts either beginning at 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM and ending between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM, providing a consistent routine for both our staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations for patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgical procedures, detailed assessments to tailor individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques including exercise regimes, stretching maneuvers, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments and progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatments administered, patient responses, and therapy progression according to professional standards.
- Educate patients and their families on effective exercises, use of assistive devices, and overall health and wellness practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices by participating in educational workshops and professional networking events.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
