Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or a valid Compact state license; BLS Certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association; PALS Certification from the American Heart Association; TNCC Certification or ATCN Certification; Ability to start by 08/24/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: CPI or an equivalent certification.
- Responsibilities: Obtain and document initial assessments, develop and modify personalized care plans, perform point-of-care testing, coordinate patient and team activities, participate in patient education and discharge planning, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Customer Relations: Provide respectful, compassionate, and clear communication to patients, families, and team members.
- Additional Information: Flexibility for helping during low census with float during shifts as needed; participation in unit growth and development initiatives; adherence to all safety and organizational policies; maintain positive attendance and professional growth.
