Requirements to apply
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related Biological Science (per outlined pathways)
• Current ASCP, AMT, or equivalent laboratory certification (or specialty certification as applicable)
• Minimum of 5 years of laboratory leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, FDA, TJC, CMS, OIG)
• Experience in laboratory operations, quality management, and financial oversight
