Occupational Therapist – PACE Program | Shawnee, OK
Part-Time (approx. 20 hrs/week) | Option for Full-Time across Shawnee & Oklahoma City
About the Role
Join a compassionate, interdisciplinary PACE care team dedicated to helping seniors live independently and safely. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll assess functional abilities, create individualized care plans, and deliver hands-on therapy that enhances daily living and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive home and clinic-based assessments focusing on cognitive, perceptual, and motor skills.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate holistic care.
• Provide education to participants, caregivers, and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and safety.
Qualifications
• Current Licensed Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) and valid CPR certification required.
• Home health and/or outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred; open to coaching new graduates.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or Vietnamese) strongly desired.
• Must be comfortable traveling between Shawnee and Oklahoma City if considering full-time hours.
