Position Overview:
- Provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with disabilities in a resource setting, ensuring services align with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals, accommodations, and instructional strategies to support student achievement and growth.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to promote student success across educational environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education regulations and district requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Arizona Special Education Certification
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to obtain and maintain required crisis intervention training and certifications
