Position Overview:
- Provide speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP and 504 minutes, ensuring delivery of individualized therapy goals.
- Develop, write, and maintain all speech-related components of IEPs/504 plans, including full IEP development for speech-only students.
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs.
- Contribute to MTSS processes by supporting early identification, intervention planning, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement (K-8)
- Experience providing school-based speech-language services, including IEP development and caseload management
