Looking to make every school day count? Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support students in developing the necessary skills to succeed in the classroom and beyond during the 2026–2027 school year in Surprise, AZ.
Position Overview:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapy interventions, documenting progress and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and district requirements.
- Assess student needs and recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and therapeutic strategies to enhance independence and academic success.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student participation, functional performance, and educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Master's Degree and Sensory Integration Certification (Preferred)
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Driver’s License
