Position Overview:
- Conduct on-site behavioral observations and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students across K-12 schools.
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing direct support and training to educators and staff.
- Collaborate with IEP teams to analyze data and recommend adjustments to manage and reduce problem behaviors.
- Assess and complete reports for 504 plans to ensure accommodations are provided to students until eligibility for special education services is determined.
- This position is based at the district office, reports directly to the Program Specialist, and includes mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (Required)
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)
- Minimum of 10 months of school-based experience implementing and / or supervising Applied Behavior Analysis programs for students with Autism (Preferred)
