Essential duties include (but are not limited to):
- Provide ABA program supervision in center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 6 years old who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Supervise 1:1 staff in the implementation of ABA teaching techniques and strategies
- Provide parent training on principles of ABA
- Create and supervise behavior support plans
- Create and monitor behavior modification strategies and reinforcement systems
- Work collaboratively with families and autism care managers

Requirements:
Ideal candidates have current BCBA certification and 1-2 years of experience in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Negative TB test before the start of position
- A clear criminal background check before the start of the position
- Valid driver license and reliable insured transportation. Travel is required for this position.
- Positive team player attitude, high work ethic, extremely reliable and have the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
