What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at Cross Country Computer Corp?
Job responsibilities include:Review and entry of client billing to QuickBooks Enterprise.Communication and coordination with Account Executives regarding client billing.Vendor invoice approval and entry to QuickBooks Enterprise.Assist with Accounts Receivable collections including written communication to clients.Assist with preparation of commission reports.Enter sales data to monthly client reports.Onboard new clients including submission of forms to 3rd party vendors.Maintain shared client reports with our referral agency partner.Any other duties assigned to the position by management. Required Experience: Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise.High School Diploma. College a plus.Minimum three years of work experience preferably with an accounting background.Attention to detail, proactive self-starter and exemplary work ethic.Experience working in a fast-moving environment and the ability to multi-task.
