• Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patient and family participation, ensure documentation compliance, participate in care and family conferences, coordinate discharge planning, supervise assigned student programs and volunteers, support clinical department operations and performance improvement activities, and foster professional relationships within the medical community
