Job Details:
- Location: Twin Falls, Idaho
- Position Description: Title: Occupational Therapist. Unit type: Acute Inpatient and Rehabilitation. Experience: Must have one year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab settings; first-time travelers are acceptable. Minimum experience required: two years. EMR: EPIC. Licensure: State licensure. Certifications: BLS Certification. Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Shift Notes: Working days, with rotating weekends unless assigned otherwise. Orientation: Typically 2-3 days specific to the department. Submission requirements: Candidates permanent address must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility before profile review. Additional information: As needed.
- Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; Minimum of 2 years of experience; State licensure; 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings; ability to work the schedule from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, four days a week (40 hours per week).
