Job Summary:
Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer in Lincoln, Nebraska. This position involves performing detailed obstetric and fetal imaging studies, including fetal echocardiography, anatomical surveys, and Doppler assessments. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
- Certifications and Education Requirements: ARDMS certification in obstetric/gynecologic (OB/GYN) and fetal echocardiography specialties; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); minimum of 2 years of experience in maternal fetal ultrasound.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS in OB/GYN and fetal echocardiography, BLS (AHA), 2 years of ultrasound experience, Nebraska state license preferred, no specific geographic experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Fetal echocardiography experience, detailed anatomical survey skills, proficiency in EPIC and Viewpoint systems.
- Additional Information: Imaging studies conducted include detailed anatomical survey, fetal echocardiogram, biophysical profile, fetal growth assessments, umbilical artery Dopplers, transvaginal ultrasound, first trimester ultrasound, and amniocentesis ultrasound guidance. The candidate must have expert knowledge in maternal-fetal ultrasound with limited complex scans. No in-house radiology or RRA's required, no call duties or scrubs required.
