Job Summary

A certified CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare organization located in the vicinity of Wausau, WI. This role involves operating computed tomography (CT) scanners in a dynamic hospital environment, providing high-quality imaging services. The position offers a 13-week contract starting in September 2026, with varied shifts and opportunities to float to different facilities as needed.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) scans using GE and Siemens scanners, adhering to safety and quality standards, and ensuring accurate documentation.


• Required Qualifications: ARRT CT certification; Wisconsin state licensure; BLS certification (American Heart Association or ARC); associate degree or certificate; 2 years CT experience preferred; experience with Epic charting system preferred; minimum of 0 years experience required.


• Schedule: Rotating shift with varied start times between 6:15 AM and 12:30 PM; 8-hour shifts; 40 hours per week guaranteed, with every other weekend and possibly holidays required.


• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field.


• Additional Information: May be required to float to Aspirus Merrill, Antigo, Medford, or Stanley if needed. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers will need to wear masks at all times as per policy. Call back minimum is 2 hours. GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week.
