What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compressor Mechanic position at CROSBY ENERGY SERVICES?
Maintain, repair, and operate gas compressors and engines in the field
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and start-up/shutdown procedures
Troubleshoot performance issues and perform diagnostic testing (including computer-based tools where applicable)
Keep accurate service records, operating logs, and required paperwork
Assist with disassembly, transport, and reinstallation of equipment
Replace filters, gaskets, and other components as needed
Overhaul engines, compressors, and related components when required
Work safely and follow company safety policies and procedures
Interact professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors
Travel to various job sites as needed; position requires working in all weather conditions
