Claims Processing Manager

The Claims Payment Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a claims payment processing. This role involves managing a team of claims payment processors, resolving complex issues, and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance.

• Manage and monitor the entire claims payment process, from initial submission to final payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage multiple payment channels, including both electronic payments and payments by check.
• Develop procedures for electronic claim payment handling. Work with a broad, cross-department team to implement an electronic claim payment platform.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-value claim payments and resolve disputes with internal and external parties.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, enhance workflows, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• They would like a person with Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in claims Payment processing
