What You'll Do:

Executive Support

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and managing communications.
  • Draft, edit, and oversee correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track follow-up action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Strategic Support & Business Operations

  • Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor, assisting in decision-making and prioritization.
  • Track progress on key projects and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support key partnerships by managing relationships, tracking deliverables, and coordinating meetings.

Process & Efficiency Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve business development processes and workflows.
  • Develop systems to enhance team coordination and project execution.

Who You Are:

  • 5 years of experience in executive support, chief of staff, project management, or business operations roles, preferably in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, Notion).

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
