Job Summary:
Crispy Cones is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead a small team and execute digital marketing efforts across social media, email/SMS, and paid media channels. This role will balance team coordination with direct execution, focusing on driving measurable growth and supporting brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a small marketing team across social, email/SMS, and paid media
- Assign priorities, review work, and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across key channels
- Manage content calendars and campaign timelines
- Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Support franchisees with marketing tools, guidance, and basic training
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements
Knowledge:
- Understanding of core digital marketing channels (social media, email/SMS, paid advertising)
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
- Basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics and ROI tracking
- General understanding of brand positioning and customer engagement strategies
- Awareness of marketing trends and best practices
