Cripe has an opening for a Project Architect. This position works on diverse architecture projects across market segments and with varying degrees of complexity, applying innovative design concepts and advanced professional knowledge - producing the project deliverables to represent the client objectives that meet Cripe Way Quality control standards.

This position works on diverse architecture projects across market segments and with varying degrees of complexity, applying innovative design concepts and advanced professional knowledge - producing the project deliverables to represent the client objectives that meet Cripe Way Quality control standards.
Responsibilities Include
- Field work/site inspection and documentation.
- Construction Document (CD) lead and production reporting to the PM.
- Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) documentation with ability to present to clients and internal team.
- Various Construction Administration (CA) tasks as required.
- Develop and serve your client relationships to ensure repeat business and cross selling opportunities.
- Coordinates and interacts with team members, senior leadership, and stakeholders as well as external consultants - architects, engineers, and construction managers on projects of varying scope and scale.
- Project problem solving/finding solutions.
- Regular Quality Control of design and construction documents from production staff.
