Cripe is seeking a motivated individual with a background in accounting to serve as a Project Accounting Coordinator. This position reports to the Finance Operations Manager and will work closely with multiple Project Managers to support and emphasize project financial health and compliance. Cripe is a client and project focused, multidisciplinary Employee-Owned design firm specializing in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Surveying in Indianapolis and Kentucky. This position will facilitate the financial well-being of two of our four departments, Architecture and Engineering, from start to finish. The Project Accounting Coordinator position requires a hands-on team player that enjoys a varied set of duties in their day-to-day.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Contract management/tracking for Subconsultants and Clients
- Work closely with Project Managers regarding budget maintenance
- Project set ups, per contract terms
- Reconcile subconsultant statements and resolve discrepancies
- Process subconsultant invoices, ensuring proper coding and authorization
- Input company backlog information and process monthly backlog report
- Process Invoices for Engineering and Architecture
- Tracking of Aged Receivables
- Process AIA docs as needed
- Special accounting projects and tasks, as needed
