Location & Requirements (Please Read First)
This is an in-person position based in the greater Indianapolis and is best suited for someone already embedded in the Indianapolis landscape architecture community. We are only considering local candidates at this time.
Applicants must hold a degree in Landscape Architecture. Candidates without this qualification will not be considered.
We are a small team and hire intentionally. We are patient in finding the right person and prioritize long-term fit over speed.

We work across a range of project types and are actively growing our presence in commercial and other non-residential work, alongside large-scale estate planning projects.

The Role
We are looking for an associate landscape architect who brings strong design thinking, creates organization out of complexity, and follows through.
Someone who takes ownership, finishes what they start, and moves projects forward.

What You’ll Do
- Work on residential, commercial, and other non-residential project types
- Bring structure and clarity to complex projects with many moving parts
- Develop concepts, plans, and detailed construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Manage project flow, timelines, and internal coordination
- Participate in site visits and construction administration
- Build relationships with clients and help generate future work

Qualifications
- Degree in Landscape Architecture (required)
- 5–8 years of professional experience
- Strong design ability with an eye for high-end materials and aesthetics
- Experience producing clear, detailed, buildable construction documents
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication skills with clients and project teams
