Crimson Brand Partners is a newly formed partnership with the University of Utah designed to modernize how the University continues to build its brand. Crimson Brand Partners will manage commercial operations across Utah Athletics and the broader university – including events at stadiums and arenas, branding, licensing, sponsorships, ticketing, and digital media.
Job Summary:
Crimson Brand Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and coachable Premium Sales Account Executive to join our team. Located in the picturesque state of Utah, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the most exciting organizations in college athletics.
In this role, you will be responsible for being part of a team that will drive suite and club sales efforts for Crimson Brand Partners (Utah Athletics). The premium sales activities will include prospecting, booking meetings, and completing dynamic sales presentations.
Primary Job Duties:
The Account Executive, Premium Sales will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation the following:
- This position will be focused on prospecting new clients, setting appointments, executing sales presentations in both face-to-face & virtual formats, and ultimately, closing multi-year suite and luxury seating agreements.
- Set and conduct out of office sales appointments throughout Salt Lake City in addition to hosting appointments and presentations at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
- Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including, but not limited to: networking events, one-on-one dinners / lunches, hosting prospects at events, seat visits and outside meetings.
- The candidate will be held accountable to certain levels of production and activity (leads prospected, revenue, and sales presentations booked & completed).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1-2 years of ticket sales experience, or equivalent
- Experience tracking communications and correspondence with clients using a CRM system preferred
- Successful track record of achieving sales goals
- A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
