Position:            Personal Assistant/Household Assistant

Schedule:          Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm with flexibility as needed

Location:           Ridgefield, CT   

Salary:               $120,000 − 125,000 plus health insurance and PTO

Overview:

Seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant/Household Assistant to help the principal, take charge of the smooth running of their household in Ridgefield, CT and support the family of five (children ages 12, 11 & 8). The PA/Household Assistant will work in close partnership with the principal to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the household and engage in ongoing, proactive planning to deliver a personalized experience for the family.

Job Requirements:

·      Assist the principal in all aspects of domestic support, including calendar management for the family, booking doctor’s appointments, high-level travel coordination, run daily errands as needed, etc.

·      Pick up children from school and drive them to after school activities and appointments as needed (car to be provided)

·      Daily errand completion such as drop-off of FedEx packages, occasional grocery shopping, pickup of tailoring and prescriptions, and similar

·      Ability to take on ad hoc projects as identified by the principal 

Candidate Qualities:

·      Strong communicator with ability to anticipate the needs of the principal

·      Computer savvy with ability to develop and maintain miscellaneous spreadsheets via Google Drive (calendars, schedules, etc.)

·      Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

·      Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
