Full-time Housekeeper

Position:            Live-out Housekeeper

Schedule:          Monday – Friday, 11am – 7pm

Location:           Greenwich, CT

Salary:              $45 – 50/hour based on experience             

Overview:

Active family of five (children ages 15, 13 & 11) is seeking an experienced, diligent and highly organized Full-time Housekeeper to help maintain their 9,000 sq. ft. home in Greenwich, CT. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities. Needs to be a self-starter with excellent systematic cleaning and laundry experience.

Responsibilities:

·      Housekeeping: Responsible for full-charge housekeeping of household, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting, as appropriate, all floors and household surfaces. Particular attention to kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.

·      Laundry: General laundry and ironing, including washing, folding and putting away clothes

·      Help with driving children to their after-school activities (between 5-7pm) as needed

·      Basic cooking/food prep capability on occasion would be helpful (simple dinner and snacks for the children), but not a must

Requirements:

·      5 years of experience working in a highly organized home

·      Honest, discreet and trustworthy

·      Professional, keen eye for detail, and proactive

·      Must drive and have own car

·      Dog friendly; family has two dogs

·      Non-smoker
