Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct development trainings with sales reps and store managers to achieve goals.
- Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales.
- Strong background in lead generation techniques and strategies.
