What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Store Manager position at Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer?
Cricket Smart Mobile is seeking outstanding advocates for sales and customer service selling Cricket Wireless products and services for our stores all across Utah.
This position is for sales and customer service working for Smart Mobile, LLC, Utah's largest Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer. Our goal is to create a welcoming, friendly environment for all of our customers. This is accomplished by our sales advocates! We want a candidate who can help in the creation of that environment.
Our Sales Associates:
- Sell phones, monthly rate plans and accessories in a fun retail environment.
- Are professional as they act as a consultant for all of the customers questions about cellular service.
- Give outstanding customer service to help our company retain current customers and gain new customers.
- Engage in outside sales events.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, and sustain a clean store appearance.
We offer an hourly wage starting at $17.00 per hour with opportunities to increase your pay with experience and growth starting after just 60 days. Associates earn bonuses above the hourly rate.
While not required, being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a huge benefit to you as an applicant.
We want our sales associates to grow within our company. We are looking for leaders who can work in a team and learn how to become an effective manager. We are constantly hiring managers from within as we grow and open new stores.
