Duties

- Conduct route driving to visit clients and deliver products efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Utilize strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Manage pricing strategies to offer competitive yet profitable solutions
- Perform merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Handle heavy lifting of merchandise during deliveries and restocking activities
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable, with a focus on building rapport and closing deals
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and effective communication skills
- Experience with route driving or commercial driving is preferred for efficient client visits and deliveries
- Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and inventory management
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and merchandising tasks effectively
- Military experience or background can be advantageous for discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence
