PQH Wireless South, one of the largest Authorized Retailers for Cricket Wireless, is looking for energetic, competitive, and motivated Bilingual Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
Our team members earn hourly base pay PLUS commission, with commission paid every two weeks along with your regular paycheck.
Total Earning Potential: $16–$26 Per Hour
Your total earning potential includes a strong hourly base rate plus an aggressive commission structure that rewards performance. The more you sell, the more you can earn!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will:
- Achieve monthly sales goals by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and additional features.
- Help customers find the Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and help find solutions.
- Create long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently explain promotions and services.
- Work together with your team to achieve store goals.
- Complete operational responsibilities accurately and on time.

POSITION DETAILS
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16–$26 per hour after commissions

Experience:
- Retail Sales / Customer Service: 1 year preferred
Language:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Work Authorization:
