Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless solutions
- Present products, services, and promotions confidently
- Utilize top-down selling techniques to maximize customer value
- Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs
- Maintain strong product knowledge and industry awareness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Prepare and review sales performance reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
