Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to various clients
• Partner with the Marketing Manager and/or Director to build marketing plans, as well as drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to advance the mission, strategic plan, and business objectives
• Involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, content creation/assessment, and event management/sponsorship
• May involve competitive landscape assessments and recommendations
• Represent the company internally and externally
• Proactively seek opportunities to build and improve positive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and experts
• Understand and act independently to drive functional strategies forward to advance the mission, strategic plan and business goals
• Build credibility with peers and internal stakeholders
• Assess opportunities for improvements and demonstrates willingness and ability to adapt to change
  
  

Qualifications

• Broad based knowledge of marketing strategies
• Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, persuasive oral and written communication skills, project management, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
• Proven execution ability, including digital marketing experience preferred
• Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style and collaborative environment that expects and promotes teamwork
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing, critical thinking, strategic counseling, and changing environment
• Demonstrate project management skills and the ability to manage projects through the entire project life cycle
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects
• Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity
• May require experience with marketing automation, understanding data, surfacing trends, and working with digital and advertising channels
• Positive influence on others
• Occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary
• Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects
• Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity
• Work with multiple tools including AI, the Adobe tools suite and knowledge of Agile processes is preferred
• Work with complexity, drives strategic influence, and interfacing with the practice
• At least 3-5 years in marketing
• Experienced Marketer
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar field, plus 3 years professional experience in a relevant field
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
