Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Delivery Manager/Project Manager supporting the build-out of highly automated pharmacy production environments
  • Mechanical and operations-focused role (not software or digital), working directly on the production floor
  • Partner with mechanical engineers, vendors, and installation teams to deliver new equipment and production lines
  • Drive project execution to support a targeted 2027 go-live timeline
  • Lead project kickoffs and manage end-to-end delivery of equipment and production initiatives
  • Create clear executive summaries and present project updates to senior leadership
  • Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve planning, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

  • Ideal background includes engineering-adjacent experience and work in light manufacturing, equipment installation, or industrial environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills required
  • Humble, adaptable team players who respect process and structure

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
