Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineering support for all value stream teams across the organization.
- Provide technical guidance to manufacturing cells and ensure effective communication throughout the department.
- Monitor productivity metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve engineering and production challenges quickly and thoroughly.
- Lead Kaizen events to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects to both internal and external customers.
- Support and develop team members through performance reviews, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Prioritize improvement initiatives and facilitate input from cross-functional teams.
- Uphold and promote company quality policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Knowledge of business and management principles, including Lean Manufacturing, resource allocation, labor utilization, and quality management.
- Proficiency with AP100 (or similar G-code software) and SolidWorks.
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
