What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Specialist position at Crew®?
Crew® is a Columbus-based e-commerce company specializing in innovative, craft-focused solutions for bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and bartenders everywhere. We operate two distinctive brands—Crew® and Garny®—both poised for rapid growth in the coming years. We’re looking for Fulfillment Specialists to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Order fulfillment – picking, packing, and shipping daily orders
- Creating labels, packing slips, and customs documents
- Receiving deliveries – offloading & storing inbound shipments
- Quality assurance and inventory inspections
Must Haves:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet – requires walking, carrying, reaching, standing, etc.
- Ability to learn the basics of ERP systems and shipping software (label printing)
- Dependable and detail-oriented – accurate/quality work
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience in a warehouse/fulfillment environment
- Interest in a full-time position after the holiday season
