Employee Access Desktop Analyst

Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and detailed updates to end users when they have questions regarding requests that they submitted for completion
• Act as liaison between the business line and technology, communicating between parties when there are updates or changes to requests
• Ensure that requests submitted by the business lines are being completed by technology in a timely and accurate manner
• Modify, disable, and enable user accounts, ensuring that we are complying with security policies within an Active Directory environment
• Follow existing process for terming users from the firm, ensuring that each step is followed fully and accurately to comply with audit and process standards
• Assist in setting up user access to market data applications and de-provisioning terminated user access
• Order hardware and software as requested after receiving appropriate PIN approvals
• Modify our License Tracking Database whenever a licensed application or software request comes through, ensuring that we stay within application license limits
• Create and maintain accurate process documentation
• Backup administration within Security Badge System
  
  

Qualifications

• Working-to-advanced knowledge of Active Directory is recommended
• Professional, self-directed, and motivated working under limited supervision and guidance
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules and meet expected timelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at once with minimal guidance
• Participate in strategic projects and initiatives
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to consistently follow precise procedures
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and audit practices
• Knowledge of Identity Access Management systems and processes
• Advanced analytical skills
• Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• In office requirement of 3 days/week after conclusion of training
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
