Responsibilities
- Data warehousing
- Descriptive and predictive analytics
- Data forensics/data quality assessments
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) planning and coding
- Business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard development
- Client training on best practices for leveraging data to solve business problems
- Activities such as measurement, forecasting, data mapping, etc
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business structure, policies, and operations
- Actively gather and analyze requirements to continuously discover new findings for successful solutions
- Create detailed reports measuring goals and outcomes, and tying them back to project needs
- Model client processes and user/customer behavior
- Enable change management and obtain necessary support to implement improved business processes
- Facilitate the development of training and implementation material and post-implementation support
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Collaborative, client-service-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented when addressing issues, troubleshooting data challenges, or navigating ambiguity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
- Experience supporting system modernization, data migration, or transformation efforts, including moving data from legacy applications to new platforms
- Strong Power BI skills, including data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and translating business needs into actionable insights
- Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, identify risks, and support data-driven decision making
- Experience with or interest in Snowflake, dbt, or modern cloud data platforms
- Experience working in Agile product teams or supporting cross-functional initiatives
