Responsibilities
- Provide timely and detailed updates to end users when they have questions regarding requests that they submitted for completion
- Act as liaison between the business line and technology, communicating between parties when there are updates or changes to requests
- Ensure that requests submitted by the business lines are being completed by technology in a timely and accurate manner
- Modify, disable, and enable user accounts, ensuring that we are complying with security policies within an Active Directory environment
- Follow existing process for terming users from the firm, ensuring that each step is followed fully and accurately to comply with audit and process standards
- Assist in setting up user access to market data applications and de-provisioning terminated user access
- Order hardware and software as requested after receiving appropriate PIN approvals
- Modify our License Tracking Database whenever a licensed application or software request comes through, ensuring that we stay within application license limits
- Create and maintain accurate process documentation
- Backup administration within Security Badge System
- Working-to-advanced knowledge of Active Directory is recommended
- Professional, self-directed, and motivated working under limited supervision and guidance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and meet expected timelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at once with minimal guidance
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to consistently follow precise procedures
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and audit practices
- Knowledge of Identity Access Management systems and processes
- Advanced analytical skills
- Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- In office requirement of 3 days/week after conclusion of training
