- Become an expert in medication access, including health insurance processes, prescription workflows, and discount programs like GoodRx.
- Work with doctors' offices, insurance companies, nonprofit foundations, and pharmacies to help prescriptions get processed efficiently.
- Master internal software tools to execute operational workflows while continuously improving processes.
- Use available data to understand patient needs and complete documentation related to clinical and financial requirements.
- Develop, own, and scale standardized operational workflows.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to prioritize improvements that support patients while building a scalable business.
