About The Role

As a member of the Operations team, you will have ownership over critical execution work and core operational processes. This role is crucial to ensuring our Healthcare Technology Client fulfills its mission of expediting access to critical medications. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience while working through complex healthcare systems.

In this role, you will be intellectually challenged by both the pace and complexity of the work required to ensure effective coordination between patients, providers, insurers, and pharmacies.

This is the kind of role that involves constantly learning new things and solving highly impactful problems. You will help define operational processes and inform product design while supporting patients and their providers with prescription access. You'll also gain exposure to the unique challenges of an early-stage company and develop deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system.

If You Join, You Will

• Become an expert in medication access, including health insurance processes, prescription workflows, and discount programs like GoodRx.
• Work with doctors' offices, insurance companies, nonprofit foundations, and pharmacies to help prescriptions get processed efficiently.
• Master internal software tools to execute operational workflows while continuously improving processes.
• Use available data to understand patient needs and complete documentation related to clinical and financial requirements.
• Develop, own, and scale standardized operational workflows.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to prioritize improvements that support patients while building a scalable business.
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help patients get their medications faster by handling the behind-the-scenes work required to move prescriptions through the healthcare system. This is an operations-focused role that includes:

• Processing and troubleshooting prescription workflows
• Navigating insurance processes, discount programs, and patient support options
• Using internal tools to manage and track operational workflows
• Continuously improving internal processes as the company grows
• Partnering with product and operations teams to improve systems and workflows
