Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support account openings, asset movements, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is critical to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of client requests while maintaining a high standard of client communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process account opening paperwork, including required custodial and compliance forms
Handle asset movements (ACATs, journals, transfers, contributions, distributions, etc.)
Review paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures before submission
Track pending account openings and asset movements and follow up as needed
Upload, name, and organize documents correctly in ShareFile/CRM systems
Communicate with clients via email regarding missing items, next steps, and status updates
Scan, file, and maintain digital client records
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
Escalate issues or discrepancies promptly to the Client Service Lead or Advisor
