Role Description
The Client Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Laredo, TX. As a Client Associate, you will assist clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through our suite of financial solutions. You will support the sales and finance teams and contribute to client relationship management. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring a seamless experience for clients by efficiently addressing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Communication skills to manage relationships effectively and deliver exceptional client support
- Proficiency in Finance to understand and provide tailored solutions for clients
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess client needs
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the financial services industry is a plus
