Our team partners with leading consumer brands to deliver high-quality sales support, tailored product solutions, dedicated customer service, and efficient account management inside major retail environments. As we expand across South Texas, we are seeking motivated, people-oriented candidates to join our McAllen team in an Client Services Representative role.
The Client Services Representative plays a key role in creating positive customer experiences, driving product awareness, and supporting account activity within a retail setting. You will represent our clients’ brands, engage with shoppers, uncover needs, and help customers find the right products or solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a desire to learn the fundamentals of retail sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers directly within our retail partner locations in a warm and professional manner to ensure positive brand representation
- Answer all customer inquiries and concerns directly and accurately to maintain customer satisfaction before, during, and after the points of sales
- Maintain a clean and organized retail display, ensuring all displays meet our retail partner’s requirements and are attractive to customers
- Provide feedback to management by collecting on-the-ground data from customers to identify consumer trends and areas for improvement
- Uphold company and client standards for professionalism, customer satisfaction, and brand representation
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
- 0-2 years experience in retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
- Dependable, punctual, strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
