Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs in a friendly, professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, debits & credits, and cash management activities.
- Passion for creating and maintaining excellent customer experiences.
- Good business communication skills.
- Good judgment in balancing various priorities to achieve the best outcome for the customer.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in all systems necessary for role including but not limited to:
- ABA Learning Management System
- Adobe PDF
- Customer Profile Manager (CPM)
- DNA
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Online and mobile banking
Essential Requirements:
- One to three (1-3) years’ experience and/or training required; high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- A genuine commitment to customer service and community engagement.
- Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in basic math, retail math, and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of financial software systems and 10 key typing skills to ensure efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
