Your Responsibilities
As an essential part of our team, you will:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, families, and staff
- Answer incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, and take messages
- Assist with visitor check-in and direct guests to resident rooms or departments
- Support office staff and departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk environment
- Uphold confidentiality and provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who is:
- Professional, dependable, and personable
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic office technology and phone systems
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
