What You'll Do:
- Support the DON with daily nursing operations
- Lead, train, and mentor nursing staff
- Assist with care planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with doctors, residents, and families

- Make rounds to support staff, identify issues, and follow up
