What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Crescent Safety Services?
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer as needed
- Scan, save, and email Training Rosters to appropriate clients
- Create and save appropriate training certificates for students
- Create and save training cards for students
- Email daily training certificates to clients
- Populate, prepare, and organize training for next business days
- Scan and save student paperwork at end of training course
- Acquire student selections for lunch and dinner menus
- Place breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders for students
- Picking up daily student breakfast, lunches, and dinners.
- Submit student information to 3rd party training websites, as needed
- Organize and file paperwork
*Must be competent in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
*Must have good attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Projected Total Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
