Position Summary:
The Compliance Assistant supports the administration and maintenance of contractor compliance platforms for multiple clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that client accounts across systems remain accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with client and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing contractor compliance within key industry platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update contractor accounts across multiple compliance platforms, including ISNetworld, DISA, Veriforce, NCMS, Avetta, and HeliPass.
- Monitor compliance status and proactively identify expiring or non-compliant items.
- Communicate with clients and contractors to collect required documentation (e.g., insurance certificates, safety records, training certifications).
- Upload and manage documentation within each compliance system.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required materials.
- Assist with onboarding new contractors and setting up accounts in applicable systems.
- Generate and maintain compliance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Provide general administrative support to the compliance department as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience working with ISNetworld, Veriforce, and DISA platforms is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, contractor management, or administrative support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Adobe PDF
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional platforms such as NCMS, Avetta, and HeliPass.
- Familiarity with contractor safety compliance, insurance tracking, and regulatory documentation.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
