Maintenance Assistant/Driver
$2500 Sign On Bonus - Full Time
- Monday - Friday schedule – every other weekend on-call.
The Maintenance Assistant/Driver plays a key role in the delivery of an exceptional experience to residents in our community. This person will serve in a supportive role for the Maintenance Department reporting to the Director of Environmental Services. This position will also transport residents to/from appointments using the facility vehicle.
Overview
The Maintenance Director will outline the goals and objectives for the week and day. These may include:
- Attending to regular maintenance duties inside the building and/or pertaining to common areas.
- Attending to outside grounds maintenance.
- Assisting floor care.
- Painting of common spaces and rooms, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and ready to work.
- Maintain professionalism while on the job and throughout interactions with staff and residents.
- Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Meet cleaning expectations for resident rooms and common areas.
- Effective and appropriate communication between co-workers, management, and residents.
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
Requirements:
- Reliable
- Experience with maintenance would be a plus

- Be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation
